The rep met us outside the terminal to give us our passes, the passport control was a little slow, but complete in plenty of time to catch the ferry. The tour of Butrint was fascinating and our guide gave a good tour. The lunch was basic (as expected), but tasty - bread and salad, followed by chicken and a white sauce with vegetable rice (like a risotto). Some time to explore Saranda on the way…”

“I usually give constructive reviews. So, please take this positively. All well went except at Butrint. Butrint was supposed to be the highlight of my trip but it was disappointing. There was so much rush by the guide from one point to another. We didnt get enough time to walk on our own inside the complex, or take pictures. We were just running from one spot to another. Undoubtedly, the guide was very knowledgeable but wish he could give us some free time to enjoy the complex on our own.”

“Albania is just absolutely beautiful. I loved every place we went. My favorite was the Blue Eye. Absolutely magnificent. Really blue with cristal clear waters. Our vote was late to arrived to port and then we had to wait forever to get in a te ser boat. Elvis our tour guide was magnificent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Particularly, he was very attentive and considerate to my 77 year old mom who cannot walk very well. He help us get a car to go see the Blue Eye. We really had such a wonderful time in Albania with Elvis. I really recommend this tour. Fantastic. Thank you Elvis!”

“BEWARE: Worst guided tour and might even be a scam. We booked a guided tour of the Butrint Archaeological Park. The company communicate well, they are punctual but I’m afraid it ends there. We had young Arber as the guide. He scored an A+ in English, he boasts, but knows nothing about history, archaeology nor even has a scant interest in either. All he did was walk us around the site, which is well signposted anyway, offering no more information than pointing them out. “Here is the amphitheatre.
